Thank you for booking Dahlonega Wine Tours for your tour of the Dahlonega Plateau AVA wine country!

Please read these Terms and Conditions as your participation implies you agree to the following:

​

• Dahlonega Wine Tours LLC is not responsible for your health, welfare or safety any time you are outside of the tour vehicle. Please remain alert and aware of any potential hazards out in the vineyards and wineries.

• We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a tour at any time for any reason at our own discretion.

• We cannot guarantee the availability of any one specific driver. Although you may have booked a tour with one driver in mind or specifically requested, we reserve the right to change your tour driver based on our personal and scheduling needs.

• We cannot be held responsible for your activity after the completion of the tour. Please do not drink and drive and do not consume more than your personal limit.

• Please pace yourself, stay hydrated, stay fed, wear sturdy shoes, and most of all – have fun!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• Join-In Tours - Cancellations or reducing the number of guests in your group less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure date and all no-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

• Private Tours - No fee will be charged for cancellations 7 days prior to tour departure date. Reducing the number of guests on a Personalized Tour does not affect the base rate charged. For the per person portion of the rate, cancellations less than 7 days but greater than 48 hours will be charged 50%. Less than 48 hours-notice for cancellation will be charged 100% of the per person rate.  

• Cancellation penalties will not be applied for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from circumstances beyond our control.

Possible Additional Fees

• All service vehicles are inspected prior to tour departure to ensure they are clean and free of debris. Trash receptacles are provided for guest to use in discarding items.

• If additional, significant cleaning is necessary to bring the vehicle back to pre-tour condition, a cleaning fee of up to $300 will be charged. Examples of situations when a cleaning fee will be charged include, but are not limited to stains, spills of liquids, food or bodily fluids and smells.

• All damages as a result of carelessness by you and/or your party will be charged to you.

Pick-up Instructions

• Due to traffic or delays in the pick-up of other tour guests’ there is slight chance for a minor pushback in your pick-up time (5-10 mins). Please remain at your designated pick-up location. 

• In order to better coordinate your pick-up, it is necessary to have the mobile phone provided as your contact number switched on and reachable, as in case of any unforeseen event or you miss your pick-up location, we may have to contact you directly.

• Please plan to be at your arranged pick-up point 5 minutes prior your pick-up time, as the vehicle will depart immediately. In the event that you fail to catch your pick-up and/or we cannot reach you at your contact number, you may need to seek alternative means of transport in order to meet the tour, for which Dahlonega Wine Tours bears no responsibility. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered as a no-show and relevant policy will be applied.

 

Children Policy

• Due to the nature of the product included in the excursion, children under 14 years old are not allowed to participate on the Join-In tours. For children from 14 years old and older, the 100% of the rate will be applied.

• As far as the private tours is concerned, for children under 14 years old, the 50% of the rate will be applied (with participants being of minimum 2 adults) and for children from 14 years old and older the 100% of the rate accordingly.
